Both companies need a experience of no customers. I have been a customer of direct for 10-11 years and experienced same thing. Pay the bill on time and never squawked about anything. I wanted to add another TV but would cost me big bucks. At the same time they gave a "new " customer all the goodies free. It won't be long before I say so long Direct TV got along fine without and can learn to do it again. I suspect we are paying for the freeloaders down in Marti Graw Country and they take us for granted.
