county west of us has similar mess. a family form CA. bought 1400 acres to build a dairy farm want to milk 4500 cows. they meant ALL the epa state and fed laws to due so. a bunch of local weinie whiners hauled them to court for all kind of goofy things. judge ruled the whiners couldn't prove any of the things they were saying to be true and told farmers go ahead build your dairy. well whiners are trying to get thing jump started and have vowed to keep fighting and are trying to get this back into court. some think animal rights groups are behind this as lawyers for the whiners cost to much for the people causing the fuss

For several years I had been driving by a farm house on the west side of Indianapolis that had a John Deere combine parked in high weeds in a lot behind the house.
