Trouble with drive for Hyd Pump for front loader

Getting tired of replacing the shaft drive for my hayraulic pump on my 2N, plus also the pulley assembly from time to time. I have a 2N with a front loader. THe pump is mounted on the loader arm and is driven by a splined shaft from the crank pulley. Has anyone ever devised a different setup? Maybe a belt drive or something? How about a different way to drive off of the crank? Any and all suggestions welcome.
