My property line is also the "city limits" of a small town. We can almost throw a rock and hit the nearest hardware store. Unfortunately it's not a real good one. Kroger store just 10 minutes out. Rumor has it we get a Walmart in the next year.
Big city is about 20 miles away. They have pretty much everything (good AND bad)
3 Deere dealers with-in 30 minute drive, one less than 5 minutes away. MF/AGCO dealer about 30 minutes, CaseIH about 45, and New Holland about 45 minutes away. Good feed mill/co-op about 30 minutes away.
