Boy as much as I liked to blame the late Sam Walton I'm afraid he had a enough foresight in capitalizing on where our country was heading. I'm just jealous not to pick up on it, K-mart didn't react fast enough and Target wanted a higher class of people so their employee's didn't have to wear scrubs to stock the shelves and they can get the less trashy people to shop there. My wife had to stop on her way to work one morning at our Super Wal-Mart and there was a young woman in her 20s wrapped in a quilt with flip-flops going in.
