I had Wildblue for about 4 or 5 years. I just dumped them for DSL thru the local phone co. The best thing I can say about them is it's better than dial-up. Stormy weather and you loose the signal. Just before we got the DSL hooked up, they sent me a e-mail said I had used too much bandwidth and they were going to slow me down a lot. First time that happened. Had my computer checked out, and the guy said that Microsoft had some very large updates and that is probably what put me over the limit. I got WB with free install and equipment and 49.95/mo. DSL is $25/mo. I don't miss them at all. Chris
