I learned or developed a taste for pickled herring in wine sause when I was young and at home..Our kids like them, but there are some of the relation that just dont like them.. crackers and pickled herring go good together. Appetite(sp) pleaser. How many out there know what I am talking about..the herring used to have the bone in them, cant find them anymore, some are in a cream like mixture.
