The guy stopped payment immediately because he didn't get a how-to-drive-a-tractor book.
He then started to justify his actions by coming up with additional "problems" after the fact.
He comes here looking for acceptance of his behavior.
If you analyze the situation objectively you will come to the conclusion that he was trying to find others that would accept his behavior and agree with him. You will notice that he was never forthcoming with the other side of the story.
I've seen it many times from the 5 percenters. He got cold feet and bailed on the deal. At least admit it.
