for the most part you guys a bunch of pricks. The op spent his hard earned money on a big ticket item and was treated by the dealer as if it was a big mac. The dealer obviously did not do his prep before delivery and dropped off a machine just as he got it off the truck at his lot. A good dealer #1 would never have delivered the way he did, and #2 if he did screw up the delivery would have had a man out there the following morning to make things right. Maybe you all are willing to accept substandard service, but when I spend a buck I make sure that I get exactly what I bargained for.
