Will Rogers says "It ain't what you don't know that's a problem, It's what you know that ain't so". If you talked to the proprietor of the station, he would probably tell you the diesel in both pumps comes from the same bulk storage tank. As far as buying and storing your own fuel, consider the fact that the diesel will loose in potentcy if you don't use it quickly. It don't last for ever. The red fuels are supposed to be the best. Fuels wax in cold weather and bulk plants provide a winter blend. The information is available on request. Don't let you tank run out like so many do with gasoline, you will have to bleed the air out of the system. Would be trouble if you aren't fimiliar with the procedure.
