Fudd, thanks for the info, that clears up alot of things. Is there any way I can tell if it is and open center or closed center by looking at it? I scratched off some of the rust and dirt and see the "A", "B" and "IN" and "OUT". There are three 1" ports (for a 3/4" hose). One on the left side labeled "IN", one on the right side labeled "BYD"? (maybe "BYO" maybe a bypass?) and one on the top right labeled "OUT". My Hydraulic system has a line to the pump and line to the tank with quick disconnects for the backhoe. Regards, Rick from Paso.
