I'd like to see you or anyone else PROVE that seatbelt laws are uncontitutional. What a ridiculous statement. That would mean that making you get a license to operate a motor vehicle would be unconstitutional. Wearing a seatbelt is just a condition which you must operate a vehicle on a public road. As is being free from intoxicating substances. And having a certain minimum eyesight. You are not restricted in traveling anywhere, you can walk to anyplace you want to in this country.
