How much fuel pressure ?? If you are down even 2 lbs from spec ,which I think is 60-62 on these,,it will not start ,especially cold . Bad fuel pump more than likely . Repalce tons of them in these . Not so many regulators . Usually if reg goes bad it leaks raw fuel into the intake ,causing a rich running condition . Check your fuel pressure with a good gauge
