Snowplows were out Saturday night, Sunday morning, salt and sand. I'm ready for Thursday's storm. As far as the summer salt and calcium chloride used for dust control, our town used blacktop sealer this year on the dirt roads, not the old splattery oil. The suerintendent said it cost less than calcium, worked great, and has lasted all summer.
