I met a great woman 5 years ago, along with her was "Sammy" a black lab / rotweiler mix. I was told the stories of where he was found for free on a lawn in a box, slept on a shelf, and needed to be carried up and down the stairs as a puppy. During our years together since, he would also sleep in our bed, lay on the newspaper on the kitchen table (may not be correct), but we allowed it. He would let anyone play with him, insisted on a leash to go outside, and was a lab that did not like water. When he got ill, and had to be put down, I buried him in the back yard with a head stone. To this day "Deb" wont go near the site. I still keep it mowed, and when his picture turns up in an album, I know the tears will flow. Love you Sam
