They have eagles at Edgewood Arsernal & Aberdeen Proving Ground here in MD. We had one that got too close to a transformer and was killed. When I called it in they said no one was to touch the bird or pickup any feathers as it was a federal offense. We had to shutdown testing since a lot of personnel were in the area.
