Look aat the lip on the float where it contacts the needle valve. Those IH four cyls vibrate and will wear a slight indentation in the lip. As the float moves the needle valve needs to slip just a little on the lip and it can't do it if the little dot is worn under the needle. Lay the lip of the float on a smooth solid surface and take a dot punch and dot the lip on the oposite side of the worn spot just enough to make it smooth; then dress with sandpaper so the needle can slide and presto, no more overflow.
