It has tubes. Depending on where you broke it most of those valves are 2 piece and maybe you can just buy the outer piece and screw it in. If the tube needs to be replaced you need to tell them when you call so they bring one and if it has fluid he'll have to bring some to replace what was lost. I had one fixed recently and it didn't require a tube but did require a few gallons of fluid. Cost was 240 dollars to repair a thorn puncture. I wouldn't have done for that even though I grumbled about the price. It really takes a grown man who knows what he's doing and has the correct equipment to repair one of those. Good Luck....
