As someone that works as a mechanic for a living I can tell you for a fact if you are going to work on the old stuff get used to the problems...Granted the old stuff can be a PITA but so can the new stuff. I cuss about things going wrong all, not being able to find parts, etc, etc, etc, all the time but in the end I just remember something some said to me years ago, 'Remember the more problems you run into the more you have to think to overcome them, and ultimately the more you learn..' So when you get to feeling down just remember mechanic work is all just one big learning experience, so cuss a little, fuss a little, but in the end don't forget to just have fun and enjoy learning something new....
