Nah, you only need 105 HP to pull 4-16's. The 1650 would handle 3-16's ok.
We pull a 546 4-16 plow behind our 1855 in 3rd gear, mostly in direct but sometimes under and sometimes over.
Also pulled a 5 shank subsoiler with our 1855 2 weeks ago when it was dry(ish) and was down in 2nd gear direct. Borrowed the neighbors 7 shank and dropped the 2 outside shanks.
