We have an Oreck that we had for about 25 years and still going strong. I do the regular maintenance needed such as a new belt when needed and I did get a new brush for it off E-bay. Sometimes I clean the brush of string and hair and oil the end bearings. I also like the way the dirt goes up through the handle and into the bag at the top so it doesn't have to push up against the dirt to get into the bag. Also light and easy to handle and carry up stairs.
