I would like to add to this that the guy was kind enough to give my money back so I guess it was not really a full scale scam, so all I was out was a couple of trips down to Henderson NC. I sure did want that tractor though. Had a good engine which I needed. That was several years ago and I have never been able to find another one that I am will to pay the high prices that people think they are worth. So my old tractor just sets there dead. Oh well, maybe if I wait long enough I will eventually run into another good deal and get the old girl going again.
