Can't find anything in my copy of the Constitution that gives the Federal Government a say-so in how people should be paid in the private sector; "A" has a job that needs doing; "B" needs to work to buy food, housing, etc. If "B" can't work for what "A" is offering, he can look elsewhere. If "A" can't find help for the wages he is offering, he can offer more or let the job go undone. "B" has other options........he can do what "A" did and go into business for himself and then he's the one looking for an employee.
