I have no idea what you are saying, are you saying rich retired white folk should be labours? Or are you saying poor people need to be labourers?
Its easier to stay rich than it is to get rich. Rich people set the tax laws and the exceptions, so they make sure their interests are protected. A small family farm pays personal income tax rates, quite high up here. An incorporated farm pays low corp tax rates and can pays its stakeholders big tax free dividends. (again up here)
