Sticking Clutch - MF-231

I have a MF-231 diesel that's about 3 years old. It has very low runtime hours (<100). It stays uncovered in the elements and has recently started experiencing a sticking clutch. I have to place my foot under the pedal and lift up for the clutch to engage. After several weeks of repeated use, it hasn't become any better. Does not make for a smooth operation. Is there an easy or quick fix for this problem? Thanks. KMRouse - East Texas
