Well I just hauled in a 1983 Chev suburban to. No engine or tranny or glove compartment door so no easy find rear end gear ratio. So it does say that it had the 6.2 Diesel so is it more likely to have a higher or lower geared rear end. What I need is a 308 but just to get by I may have to put something else in till I find a 3,08 one. Thanks. Oh by the way I did a little bit of a crazy to get it home. I towed it behind my Ford 841 it had no steering in it no brakes etc. I have a long steep hill to go down so I lucked out that it didn't push me down the hill to fast.
