Try googling "Arthritis honey cinnamon". A 76 yr acquaintance of mine was suffering real bad with pain in hips and knees to the point where he couldn't tie his shoe laces nor walk to the car without pain. He's been doing the honey and cinnamon for 3 weeks and he is a new guy. He still has joint problems and likely will have to be replaced at some point, but the pain has subsided tremendously.
