I need two rims with the spin-out rails on them. I was thinking of cutting out the rails on the bad rims and then welding them on a blank rim. The rails are spot-welded on the bottom of the rim were I would weld the rails on from top with maybe one inch weld on each side of the rail and about four or five inches apart, that is if I can find blank 26" rims. Anybody do this and was it worth doing?
