I have a 69 Ford 3000 with an Arps loader. It uses 2 rectanular beams under the tractor. These are arranged in almost a triangle fashion with the base bolted to the large fender bolts on the rear and where they nearly come together at the front they are bolted to a steel plate roughly 8" tall 16" wide that hangs down in front of and beneath the front axle. I believe the upper end of that plate bolts to the casting that the front axle mounts to. In other words if your standing in front of the tractor looking at the plastic grille, beneath that there is a sheet metal cover that somewhat covers the front axle pivot. If you reach up between this piece of sheetmetal and the front casting you will find threaded holes in the front of this casting.
