I need to know if anyone can help me on what the mounts look like on the front for a 1971 Ford 2000. I have a loader but no mounts for the front of the tractor. Thanks Dave

I got my loader a few years ago, for my Fordson Dexta. It was off of a Deutz tractor, so I just built my own brackets, out of square tubing. Bruce.

No. All the roll pins where that seized up, and I couldn't get them to move.
A friend of mine, restores Dexta tractors, and he had one, so I traded it with him, for another one, plus a few $, instead of having something break on mine, while trying to take it apart. Thanks for the help. I appreciated it. Bruce.

Hi Dave,
I have a 69 Ford 3000 with an Arps loader. It uses 2 rectanular beams under the tractor. These are arranged in almost a triangle fashion with the base bolted to the large fender bolts on the rear and where they nearly come together at the front they are bolted to a steel plate roughly 8" tall 16" wide that hangs down in front of and beneath the front axle. I believe the upper end of that plate bolts to the casting that the front axle mounts to. In other words if your standing in front of the tractor looking at the plastic grille, beneath that there is a sheet metal cover that somewhat covers the front axle pivot. If you reach up between this piece of sheetmetal and the front casting you will find threaded holes in the front of this casting.

I have a 850 with loader mounts like Farmer Alf has,,, don't need the mounts so I would sell them,,, will get some pix later on tonight,,, I also have the loader off my 3000 will try and take a pix fer ya
