Walter, I'm not sure what you intend to be doing, but my dad has a JD 820 (about 35 hp). This little tractor has been extremely reliable and is as handy as the pocket on your shirt. The smaller Fords (ie: 2000, 3000,) are pretty popular around here and do a good job. What I like about the JD's are the brakes and hydraulics. Our 820 has the exhaust underneath and you can get under trees and in low sheds, like I say, handy as the pocket on your shirt and very, very reliable. JDFREAK
