best small tractor

Hi folks , I was wondering what is the best all around small farm tractor to look for when it comes to reliablty, easy to work on, in the 4 cylinder range , must have wide front end & double clutch, & 3 pt. hitch. Who built the best? ford, john deere, I-H , AC, looking for one to buy & restore. Thanks in advance.Walt
