If they don't normally sell grease, you should have been happy they offered to sell a tube. They could have just let you use a grease gun, I suppose, but just because you bought tires from them in the past, doesn't mean they need to cater to your every need. I was at a Canadian Tire several years ago asking something at the service desk. I guy came to the shop door with a brand new air tank, he just bought, and asked if he could get it filled. They told him they were very busy and he'd have to leave it with them to be filled. They wouldn't even let him fill it himself. Now that's bad customer service. Dave
