I was surprised to find in the earlier post about tractor tire chains. In the tirechainsdotcom site. That there even is policy about tire chains for highway use in Missouri,Nevada,Texas,Oklahoma and California. Canadians winter in those states to get away from snow. We can't even use studded tires in Southern Ontario. What are the studded tire regs in other provinces and states?
