Any Large animal Veterinary Service has the scoop on International Pet Transport Service, or just google Pet Transport, there are tons of Air Service Stations that do Pet Transport.
For International Horses, I would bet it cost as much as the horse is worth. some people have money to burn... kind of like winning the Lottery...
