they went out of business Yes it has a preheater. thats where i think the problem is. The preheater light comes on when needed to keep oil at temp. Thinkin maybe the thermostat that tells the preheater to turn on is bad? Not sure, just wanted to get input from others. Dont want to replace parts unless I know whats bad. The nearest dealer to service waste oil furnaces is more than 2 1/2 hours away. Big $$$ just to pull in driveway, already called em, wont help me over the phone, even though I've bought parts from him in the past.
