Come on LAA, you can't expect our leaders in DC to have time to read that long boring Cosntitution thing. They have all them 1,000+ page bills to read overnight before they vote on them. Then they have all them lobby groups and all them all them fund raisers to go to. They have to get in a few rounds of golf a week to stay in shape. You can not expect them to read and understand the Constitution too.
