If it's not acting up, it's going to be tough for anyone to fix it. I have seen instances where the PCM B fuse in the underhood fuse box is open and is usually caused by a fuel pump starting to fail. I have seen fuse boxes with poor terminal contact cause all sorts of electrical gremlins. Take a new fuse, remove 1 tab from it, and check the terminal tension on the PCM B fuse. Compare against several others for reference. You also might put a different fuse of the same rating in. If the anti theft is preventing it from starting, there will be a DTC. Beyond that, if there are no DTC's in the PCM or BCM, you're going to have to wait until it acts up before any accurate diagnosis can be done.
