RUSTY RADIATOR CORE CAPSCREWS

IVE GOT A BIG GREEN THING WITH A LEAKING RADIATOR CORE IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CAPSCREWS THAT BOLT THE FLANGES OF THE CORE TO THE MANIFOLDS ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM ARE BADLY RUSTED
AND TIPS FROM YOU GUYS BEFORE I PROCEED TO TWIST EM OFF AND DRILL EM OUT (I HATE HELICOILS ESPECIALLY DOING 20 OF THEM)
