Pain in the arse to have turn on the heat already don't it? Started mine Monday. Shoot,I just turned it off the 10th of June.
As for the no power thing,depends on the make of furnace. Twice now in the fall when I've started mine,the door on the fan has been ajar. There's a switch on mine so it won't start up with that open. I'd start by opening and closing that if it has a switch on there.
Another time,the box on top where the reset button is was bad,at least the service man thought so. Wanted over $400 for a new one,installed. I had him order it and put it on myself. The next year it did it again. My son found a loose connection where one of the wires spades slides on.
