Thanks . The baler runs at 540 rpms. This guy said he checked all the linkage and tried to fine tune it. He said that when he puts his other tractor that has a tack on the baler and runs it at 540 and then puts the 350 on the baler and runs it at full throttle there is a noticeble differance in the baler/operating speed, (no load). The baler operates slower. All I know about a govenor is what happens when the spring breaks.
