Hi Bill, I've bought alot of items over the internet the past few years and never had a problem that Visa did not take care of. What I have done tho is get a Visa card that has a low credit limit that is only used for internet purchases. I would never use a check or cash after what few run-ins with small problems I've had. If it wouldn't had been for Visa I would of lost several hundred dollars over the past few years. As it is I've lost under $50 in return shipping charges but I've spent several thousand and saved more than $50.
