I know it can be done, just don't know much info about it. I know there is a local body shop that specializes in truck accessories and customization that does lowers and lifts on alot of truck.
What I don't get about the newer trucks is why they build the beds so dang tall. My brother bought a 04 F150 2wd new. The first thing I noticed when he brougt it home was how tall the bed was. I am 5'10" and I have to hop on the tire or bumper to get anything out of the bottom of the bed. I thought at the time "this is a fad that won't last". Wrong, they have all gotten taller it seems since.
