Here in southwestern Ontario, a lot of crops still need 3 weeks frost free to mature, Possibly more considering that it takes 2 good days this time of year to do what 1 nice day in August does (as far as maturity). We are 2 weeks away from our average 1st frost date, but have some years made the end of October without one. Even crop that went in on time is delayed by all the wet, cloudy , cool weather we had in June and July. Nothing we can do now but wait and see!
