Most of my farm tractors run on Firestone's and I have been happy with them in regards to tread wear, casing quality ect. I never liked long/short bar tires like Dyna-Torques. I have been pricing new 18.4x38 tires for my 1070 Case and G Y D T (long/long bar)tires are $140.00/ea less than SAT Firestones(haven't heard much good about SAT 2's), 1070 gets used for cutting/rd. baling, hauling grain, planting ect., it's not my heavy tractor. Wondering if others have been running G Y D T's for farm work (not an 8n Ford ran in parades) and what they think of them as far as tread wear, traction ect.
