I've owned my Jubilee for only two months. When I was looking at the tractor, I carefully watched the previous owner start the tractor. He followed nearly the exact same procedure as 'RWK in WI' described in a previous response. Also, before I shut off my tractor, I set the throttle to the position I want to start the next time (low idle), since my tractor will immediately stall if I move the throttle before it is warmed up. I start the tractor every 2-3 weeks, and have had no problems to date. (Temps as low as upper teens when I used the tractor).
