I had the same problem with an H Farmall. I finally removed the sediment bowl and fitting completely. Then I flushed the tank with detergent and water. I then refilled the tank, aded 8 oz. of 2 cycle engine oil, a can of Heet and filled the tank with 10% gasohol. I also added about 3" of screen wire rolled to about 3/8" and attached to the fitting that goes up into the fuel tank with JB weld. I am getting some small rust sediment in the sediment bowl but the tractor has been running well ever since. Before that I could get about 5 minutes out of the engine before it would be lacking gas and would dye.
