That is exactly supply and demand.The companies have found a cheaper substitute to replace milk happens all the time.Its called Increased Productivity.If you fellows had been around when tractors were invented you'd be talking about the Conspiracy against horses and the tractor companies were manipulating the market etc etc etc.If you really want to do something about milk demand tell the dairy farmers to quit using artifical Hormones on their cows that has given dairy farmers a black eye with consumers.
