Had one in the shop the other day with same symptoms. Turned out to be dirty oil and a plugged filter. Actually it is not a filter but a reusable strainer that can be removed, cleaned and replaced. The easiest way to get to it is remove the lift cover. It can be removed from the left side access plate by removing the running board and the cover, but I prefer to remove the lift cover and clean everything out while inside.The strainer is about the size of a pack of cigarettes and sits right behind the main hydraulic pump strainer.Hope this helps.
