Rubber Tracks for your Tractor or Truck

Ive had this is idea for a while now, rubber tracks for your truck or tractor. I could have made millions if some one hadn't thought of it first, lol. Has any one seen or heard any thing about these, Matt tracks. Check out their website. They look awsome, weigh a lot and cost a lot. I would think that all that weight would cause braking problems, your drive train to wear out faster. And an other draw back might be only being able to go 40 mph on pavement for short distances. I think they make a lot of sense, a regular tire has no chance compared to these, the amount of tire contact to the road is about the same as one track. What do you all think, Id love to gets a set if I won the lotto, lol.
